It is a very clean, extremely well kept property with a location that is walking distance to anything you will need throughout your stay. We have met numerous people throughout our several stays who have been coming to High Noon for over 20 and 30 years. That should speak for itself if you are debating on where to stay when visiting the Lauderdale-By-The-Sea area.

I look forward to seeing Maureen and Maria at the front desk. These two ladies have worked here a very long time. They are very helpful, as are most of their employees. The resort is located right on the beach. You have beautiful views of the Ocean, Sunrise and Sunsets from most rooms. They are located literally right next to most of the restaurants/bars in town. You do not need a car when you are staying there. Each year I go it is like a family reunion. Most of the guests have been staying here for years. The new guests I have met over the years are very friendly. The Novak family takes pride in this resort that they have owned for 60 plus years and it shows. Mr. Novak is often seen walking around the pool area greeting guests. Bruce is very welcoming and can often be seen working along side his employees. This is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful ocean views.

  The property is gorgeous, clean with a courteous and professional staff! The hotel is family owned and operated. There is so much to do in the local area... read more from exercise to land and sea adventures. We jet skied, segwayed, rode bikes, played tennis and pickle ball and went to a drive through zoo where the animals walked right up to the car.
The hotel environment is incredibly safe with a locked entry gate and a fenced in L shape with the pool in the middle. It is right on the beach and due to local ordinance restricting hotel height, it feels like your own private beach. Town center is adorable and 2 blocks away with restaurants, shops and ice cream stores for the kids. It is an ideal place to give your tweens and teens some freedom.

  This was my second stay at the High Noon. It is simply a hidden gem of LBTS. The location could not be any better. The hotel is very well maintained.... read more Rooms are clean and decorated nice. The staff is wonderful. I happened to be there when the main waterline supplying water to LBTS, broke. The staff quickly purchased cases of water and made sure they spoke to everyone to let them know what was going on and what to do if we lost water. As it turns out, we did not loose water but the hotel was prepared. Not only is the staff great, the other patrons are great. I was there a week and made friends with a family from Ohio, a couple from New York, and a family from Tampa. This is my favorite spot in Florida!

When I was looking for a place to stay, I was a bit hesitant when there were not many pictures of the property... read more or the inside of the rooms before booking. When booking, I was also confused on the many different types of rooms. I know they have something similar on their website but I found it difficult to find so I attached their brochure as well for easy reference. After arrival, I was pleasantly surprised! The pictures that I have come across previously and on their website show the view from the "High Noon" building which has rooms 1-20. We stayed in the Sea Foam property (all properties are side by side and not far apart). We stayed in room 40 which is beautiful and has shutters that open (there is still a security window) to a beautiful view of the distant ocean. I only say "distant" because there is some shrubbery between the pool and the sand, but it is still a perfect view! During our stay, we upgraded to a larger suite in room 35. This room was back off the pool and the first room off the gate. Though not in front of the pool, it still had shutters that had direct eye sight to the ocean overlooking the courtyard. If you are not familiar with Lauderdale but the Sea, this is a small town basically off El Mar drive but in the center is a mix of shops and restaurants and the best part, it is only steps (and I mean steps) from High Noon. We were able to visit 6 restaurants (and there is more) each within a 90 second walk.

Additional Perks - Had enough keys for each person, decent amount of parking spaces, kitchens are fully loaded, a minute to walk onto beach, umbrellas and chairs available (though I suggest you grab yours on the earlier side), pool towels provided, additional beach things like flippers, googles, boards, and toys for the kids, Outside grill, right off a coral reef for those scuba enthusiasts and some great company!) More
