We loved that we could walk to any restaurant or store and really didn't need a car. The beach is right there through a gate which is locked from the outside so only guests could enter. The pool was a perfect temperature, clean and never crowded! Any time we needed fresh beach towels, I would have them in less than 5 minutes. We stayed in the Seafoam building in room 42, which was smaller than some but it suited our needs since it was just 2 of us. I was concerned being so close to the main drag that it would be noisy, but we never heard a thing. We had a beautiful view of the ocean from our room and a table and chairs right outside our door.
I would definitely recommend staying here. No maintenance fees and free parking were a huge plus, since so many other hotels charge for parking. I would stay here again. More

If you have a job like I do and you need to just get away and decompress THIS is where you need to go. Every expectation that I had was surpassed. The staff was beyond accommodating. I didn't get to meet the owner but he should really be proud of the buisness that he has built and the staff that he has chosen to represent it. My mother came by during the day because she recently moved to Florida and they were so sweet. She spent the day with me when my fiance went fishing and we just drank coffee and watched the ocean. It was fantastic. We stayed in room 18 and we checked in on Mother's Day. When we arrived, the sitting area was very welcoming and the pool area was pretty quiet. We had a balcony area and a beautiful view of the ocean, the pier and the pool. You can actually see pelicans flying back and forth. The pool is a saltwater pool and it is fantastic. The room was perfect. It had a beachy theme. It was set up like a little apartment. They give you everything you need. There was a kitchen and a living room.... There were no shortage of chairs or anything like that. I had no problem with parking. You can also borrow bicycles to go riding around. (We didn't use the bicycles because you couldn't possibly get any closer to the center of things.) This is the closest place to everything to stay. I can't say enough about this place. We really didn't want to leave. We woke up every morning and watched the sunrise. I will definitely be back. I literally can't think of one thing that they need to improve. I usually can think of SOMETHING. The only thing that I can think of is that I should have booked two weeks. More
