• Upon check in valid I.D. & valid Credit Card required for person staying at resort.
• Check-in time 3:00 pm
  Check- out time 11:00 am
• Facilities for registered guests only
• One car per room - no exceptions
• Rates for each additional guest $10.00 per day
• Rates are based on the following occupancy:
  Hotel Room - 2 people          Suite - 5 people
  1 Bedroom Apt. 4 people       2 Bedroom - 5 people
  
• Rates for each additional guest $10.00 per day
• Rates Include: daily maid service (except Sundays and holidays)
  utilities, linens, heat and air conditioning, heated pool, lawns, 300 ft
  of direct Atlantic Ocean frontage.
• Rates subject to change without notice
• Special Requests: Although we will try to accommodate all special requests,
  we can not guarantee bed types, room locations, smoking/non-smoking, or specific room numbers.
• Deposits & Cancellations Policy: Credit card required to guarantee your reservation. All of Deposit is
  applied to final portion of stay. Deposit refunds require 20 days written notice.

  Automated attendant for evening calls after closing
• Prices do not include 11% sales tax
• All of our rooms are non-smoking
