Resort Policies
- Upon check-in, valid I.D. and payment in full is required. No refunds thereafter.
- Prices do not include 11% Sales Tax. Check-out: 11:00 AM, Check-in: 3:00 PM Holiday & Special Events may require a minimum length stay, and full payment in advance for the entire stay. Weekend Rates: Add $10extra. Above Rates are based as follows:
- Hotel Room: 2 Persons Efficiency Apt: 3 Person Suite: 5 Persons1 Bedroom Apt: 4 Persons
- 2 Bedroom Apt: 6 Persons
- Minimum Stays:
- Efficiencies:3 nights
- 1 Bed Room Apt: 4 nights
- 2 bed Room Apt: 5 nights
- Beach House 1 week
- Deposit & Cancellation Policy: Reservations are only confirmed with a one-night advance deposit for each week. Cancellations require written notice within 45 days of confirmed arrival date for a full refund. Cancellations within the 45 day period will not be refunded for any reason.
- The High Noon Resort is for registered guests only.
- There is one parking spot per room.
- Sorry No Pets of any kind
- All of our room are non smoking.
- Rates subject to change without notice.
- Rates Include: Daily maid service (except Sunday and major holidays), utilities, linens, heat and air conditioning, heated pool, shuffleboard, telephone in room with voice mail, cable television, wireless internet, beautiful ocean patio, lawns and 300 ft. of direct Atlantic Ocean frontage. Automated attendant for after-hour calls.
- Special Requests: Although we will attempt to accommodate any and all special requests, sometimes we cannot guarantee bed types, room locations, or specific room numbers.
